Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CodeFlame. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CodeFlame provides a self-hosted developer environment platform that allows teams to create, manage, and share AI-powered development workspaces ("Workspaces"). The platform includes integration with Claude Code (by Anthropic), code-server (VS Code in the browser), and optional integrations with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using CodeFlame, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Certain features of CodeFlame require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.

CodeFlame integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude Code), GitHub, Bitbucket, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

CodeFlame and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your code and data remain your property. You grant us no rights to your source code or workspace contents.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CodeFlame is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CodeFlame, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
