This Refund Policy describes when and how you can receive a refund for CodeFlame subscription payments processed through Stripe.
If you are not satisfied with CodeFlame, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to new subscriptions only (first payment per account).
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at billing@codeflame.dev within 14 days of the charge date with your account username and the email used for payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
